Members of the Black Ministers Conference and other organizations participated in the Inaugural Interfaith Prayer Service at the Rockville United Church in Rockville, Maryland on December 1, 2014.
We had a wonderfully spirited time of fellowship and celebration of Rev. H. Carlton Talley’s many years of service and commitment. He received recognition from the County Executive, the Lt. Governor and the Governor’s office. A host of friends and family, as well as members of the United Hearts Christian Community Church enjoyed the music and tributes, which were plentiful.
