His Majesty King Toffa IX will visit his ancestors at Macedonia Baptist Church/Moses African Cemetery. These ancestors were kidnapped in West Africa and brought to River Road in Montgomery County initially to plant tobacco and other crops. These men, women and children were literally worked to death an then dumped into the area that is now called Moses Cemetery. Moses Cemetery is totally desecrated and buried under the Housing Opportunities Commission (HOC) parking lot. Macedonia Baptist Church and The Bethesda African Cemetery Coalition (BACC) demand that this burial ground is recognized and dignity is given to these Africans in death that they never received in life.
